Traveling with Celine

I was home and my family all of a sudden had three pools. All different sizes. My entire family was there. I was swimming and decided to go take a shower. I was going to take one and while talking to my dad before, he told me that we got a new bulldog! I was really excited and went and found him sitting in basket. It was cute. I then went to go take a shower and the dog followed me. It was fun. He all of a sudden started talking to me. It was being a jerk so I put him back in his basket and pretty much barricaded him in so he couldn’t leave. I then went down stairs and told my dad that the dog talks and it’s freaky. My dad said we should probably go find him and get rid of him. So we go get the dog but he has left. We look everywhere for him and finally my uncle finds him. He wants to keep him so he does. Oh wait, we are in Hawaii now. The Pearl Harbor boat, the one that sunk during the attack and is leaking oil, is under water. They are telling us that there are more boats sunk and they plan on bringing them up today. I get to help. So I am in the water swimming around making sure things are going ok. They are about to pull up the boat but I tell them to stop because there is a HUGE shark swimming around. I freak out and hold still because I do not want to be bitten. The shark leaves and I tell them that it is ok to pull the other boats up now. So I swim over to the other boat that has all the people on it helping and Celine Dion is providing a private concert for us. And my mom is there. We are super excited because we LOVE Celine Dion and this is just amazing. So I’m still in the water and she asks if she can help me up. I say yes and she does. We get to talking about life and such. Now we are in Vegas. We are walking around talking and my mom says that we should probably go get our stuff. We decide to go eat first and Celine suggests this really good Greek restaurant. So we go. But wait, we are in Greece now. Oh snap. We go in and the guy asks how many we are having. My mom says seven and I am thoroughly confused. She says our family is coming. At this point, I am worried for Celine’s safety because my family is crazy. So we are given a table. I sit in one place my mom further away and Celine is chatting with the owner because she is just cool like that. We are sitting down, my mom and Celine both have diet cokes and the server is now pouring a ton of cappuccinos. I was confused but it was all right with me! So we are sitting there talking and my mom left her stuff on a bench where my family would sit when they get here. I noticed out the corner of my eye that this guy was taking them! This was not allowed. So I followed him and found him in the back with my mom’s coat. I told him to give it back because it was not his to take. So he did. I go to find my mom’s purse and another guy had it in a different room. I said the same thing. To give it back and it wasn’t his to take. In case you were wondering, these guys were extremely good looking. Like REALLY hot. I was pissed though so I let him hear it, but then I realized that this guy was from the boat in Hawaii. He and his friend then cornered me and they told me they wanted to talk to me. I was confused and somewhat scared. They said the just wanted to talk about America and how we all co exist with different beliefs and other stuff. I was not to worry because they weren’t going to hurt me. I tell them that if they hadn’t have been jerks I would have maybe liked them.

Smart Zombies

I was living in apartments like the ones I did when I first lived in Rexburg. I was sitting enjoying a conversation with friends all around me when all of a sudden one of them turned out to be a zombie, but it wasn't like a normal brainless zombie. You couldn't really tell who was a zombie and who wasn't until they started chewing on you. Well to make a long dream short everyone around me turned into a zombie and I had to try and protect myself in different ways to keep from turning into a zombie. It was a little intense, but when I woke up I hadn't been turned into a zombie in the dream yet.

Bat Burrito

Only once have I ever awoken with tears streaming down my face.  I had dreamed that my husband died-- which is really unfair because we'd only been married for a few months.  The bulk of the dream was about how my family and I handled the death.  My parents took me back into their home.  I cried for weeks and my sister tried so hard to find something to say to me.  But I felt like no one could possibly understand my loss.   When I finally woke up my chest hurt from heaving sobs, but at least I was awake and away from that horrible alternate life.  I rolled over and wrapped my arms tightly around my husband, SO glad that he was alive.  And then, as the full dream slowly broke over my mind in it's entirety, I started laughing my head off. How could I have ever believed even for a moment that my husband had really died?  His death was ridiculous!  As soon as he opened his eyes I told him, "I had a dream that you turned into a little bat.  You were flying around when some tall man snatched you out of the air, rolled you up in a burrito, and ate you!"I do feel relief that the love of my life is still alive and kickin'... but somehow I don't think I'll live in fear of that dream coming true.

Scream

It all happened so fast. One moment, we were standing there, talking, and the next… The next moment a body was flying through the air. We were up on the third floor of a college building, waiting for class to start. The entire west wall was a giant window, from which the parking lot could be seen below. The three of us were standing about ten feet from the window, but none of us were paying a great deal of attention to what was going on out there. We were too busy talking amongst ourselves. There had been four of us, but the last member of our group had left a few minutes before, for some reason that I no longer can recall. The parking lot was pretty crowded with college kids, rushing to get to their classes or to head home for the day. Everything was normal. I had glanced towards the window just as she had climbed into her blue car (it’s funny how we remember the small stuff) and backed out. I looked away, back at my other friends, only to hear screaming all around me. I turned my head back to the window, and my hazel eyes widened as the breath stopped in my throat. The blue car hit another student, a young college girl. The girl was sent flying forward, twisting around in the air. She hit the ground and I flinched, imaging the sound that must have accompanied such a fall. The car stopped instantly, as unmoving as the body that now was sprawled across the ground, and we all could hear the squealing of tires, even with the closed window. All we could do was stare, too far away to see who had been hit, but close enough to know that the victim was most likely dead. The driver door burst open and our friend rushed from the car and over to the body. We all could see her panic-stricken face. Without hesitating, she scooped the body up into her arms and then staggered forward. Tears streamed down her face and it looked as if she was calling out for help, or perhaps screaming. Maybe both. But it didn’t matter. All that mattered was making her stop. I rushed forward, towards the window, but it was as if time had slowed down. There were too many people in the way. I wasn’t going to make it… “Make her stop!” I screamed, shoving my way past everyone and everything. “Stop!” My panic was so strong that I could barely get the words out. Some students turned to stare at me, not understanding. I knew, though, that if her victim was still alive, he or she wouldn’t survive long being moved around like that. Had it been a young girl hit? Or an older man? No longer could I remember or tell, but it didn’t matter. If the victim wasn’t dead already, they would be soon. “Don’t! No!” Still the words wouldn’t come out, and I was still so far away. All I could see was my friend continuing to stagger with the body in her arms and all I could feel was blinding terror. Tears trickled down my face as I reached the window at long last and shoved it open with trembling hands. “Stop!” I screamed out, but my throat was still closed over and she did not hear me. I leaned out the window, nearly falling out in my haste. “Make her stop! Put the body down! Stop it!” My voice made it through this time, but she was screaming even louder than I and did not hear. “Make her stop!” The crowd broke as several people rushed towards her, prying the limp body from her hands. The victim was set upon the ground. Without waiting to see anymore, I hurried from the room, flying down the stairs as fast as I could, my mind in such a state of panic as to not care about my own safety. I had to know if the person was still alive—I just had to.

Unexpected Welcome

I had just arrived to my new apartment after a long 12 hour drive around 9 o clock at night. Surprisingly there were tons of other college kids also arriving so people where everywhere.  Assuming I would be staying in the same place as last time I entered apt 10 and dropped my bags in a empty room. I explored the apartment a little bit and it was covered in moving boxes and complete strangers who were more on the Goth side I felt like I was at a Halloween party. I quickly left and then headed up the hill/street to the managers house. We had gotten a new manager in the months that I had been gone so I was anxious to meet the new one. I knocked on her front door and immediately it swung open. There stood a plump, greasy, mid 30 year old lady in denim overalls with short blond hair. She had a look of utter disgust and anger flash across her face. "Get OUT" she yelled! Stunned by the unexpected response I retorted with "but I need to check in I can’t stay on the street tonight, I refuse to be homeless." Somehow more people started showing up and we got inside the managers house. Well it wasn’t really a house anymore it had been converted into a welding work shop. Over in the corner must of been her deranged husband sitting on a stool with cut off jean shorts and holding a clip board singing to himself. We went over to talk to him and he checked us in and reported to me that I would be in Apt 9 this semester. I left the house as quick as possible wanting to get as far away from that insane asylum. It was probably close to 11pm and everything was pitch black, all the buildings that I normal recognized now seemed all wrong. There were buildings that were a mix of two different buildings and they kept moving and changing shapes. I soon became hopelessly lost. After wandering around in what I thought was the right direction I finally spotted my apartment building. I was just across a parking lot from it. That’s when my foot got caught on something and I started falling face first into a long dark abyss.

Do The Time Warp

In my dream, I had been asleep, and just woke up. I got out of bed and walked past the mirror and had to do a double-take. I was much thinner than I had been the day before, and my hair was much longer. I was freaked out, and went to find my boyfriend, who acted like everything was normal. I explained to him that when I had gone to bed the night before I was still fat, and my hair was still short, and that's why this was so weird. But he tried to assure me that lots of time had passed, that I'd been dieting and growing my hair out for months. Everyone else I talked to said the same thing. As I stood there wondering what else I could have missed during the past few months, I woke up.

Friends And Not So Enemies

As I was wondering through a very expensive looking hotel/plaza, I had to turn my wandering into running. I was running for my life all through out this magnificent place. I had been visiting and living in this place for quite some time, but I was now being chased. I had to run into bathrooms and hide in the stalls which turned into a sitting elevator with lots of people (and this saving my life because my hunters did not kill in public). Lots of people were dying in the most comical and weird ways. Comical in the sense that there was an idiotic police troop assigned to investigate the killings at the hotel, and they were as dumb as rocks. They actually would have friendly conversations with the bad guys (so to speak) and would some how always get tangled up in the thing that the people were found dead in. As I saw that the police had no capability of protection, I tried my best to fool the three chasing after me. I found out it was a man and two women. The man had impecable taste in suits and skinny ties, and the women had long, lovely hair. I was wearing gray pants and a white v neck when I decided to play dumb and lead them on a tour of the art in the hotel. I led them into this room with elaborate finger paintings done by children. It was in here they showed me they were vampires and told me about obnoxious vampires whose techniques they hated. We actually became friends in those few minutes. They then pinned me down and told me they could not wait to drink my blood, it was the sweetest thing they would ever have. I even offered to cut open my own wrists for them. Even though we had grown to become friends in my last moments of life, they were still surprised that I was not afraid to die. They asked me why, I responded with simple fact that it was inevitable whether they were to drain me dry or turn me into one of  them. They then were not hesitant to pick out the best scissors and explain what would happen (they did not bite but actually cut open the viens in the wrists-biting was for something else). They were greedy for my blood but assured me it would not hurt, they wouldn't allow it because they liked me. I watched as one woman precisely dug the sharp blade into one of my veins and then started to drink, leaving the other anxious for their turn. I then closed my eyes and thought only happy thoughts as I felt my life seep out of me. It was then I woke up to the the tingling and draining sensation that I was actually feeling in my real body.

Ronald McCreeper

In my dream, I woke up and was lying on the floor of a huge building made of stained glass. I looked over to see three giant Mexican girls, probably ten feet tall. Ronald McDonald was there, and he was making the giant girls try on his shoes, and was being very creepy about it. Then I woke up.

One River Front House

The only way for me to get around the city was by boat. Where there should have been roads there were canals and where a normal person would have a lawn in front of a house there were docks. As you slowly paddled through the various neighborhoods small children were playing in inner tubes and blow up rafts tied to the docks. Some had even fashioned rafts from logs tied together with a border of empty soda bottles.  Every one in a while there were bridges you would float under, bridges leading to the different buildings in the city and bridges leading to the forest just on the outskirts. It was a peaceful place until you reached the house no one seemed to want to realize. It was run down and smelled of old stale happiness. You could almost hear the laughter of the children running around the ghost of what home it used to be. Once it could have been a place of glee but it had seen long vacant winters and abuse since then. Only the small bit of color left on the house was evidence someone once cared about it.

Forget Me Not

The other morning I awoke, glad to be awake and free from the disturbing dream I had been experiencing. I was in a strange city, far from home, and I was disoriented and lost. I gradually came to realize that my mind was not working correctly, that I was experiencing symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. A sense of panic set in. I was confused and was not sure what to do. Finally I found myself on a train leaving the station but I had no idea where it was headed or how my loved ones would ever find me. I just wanted to be home and to feel safe.

Its Okay Cause We Were Happier Then

My Father-in-law Howard, his wife Margart, were sitting on the big front porch.  My two sister-laws were sitting on the steps.  It seems they were the age they were now but dressed in clothes from the 60's.  Petal pushers with flowers (forerunner of Capri)and little sleeveless shirts.  They were barefoot.  My sister-in-law LaDonna had bright red lipstick on and her dark eyebrows penciled in like she does now, but she was only about 10 or so.   My other sister in law Linda was really chubby and had pony tails. and was like the same age... But like I said they were old like now.... (weird)   My father in law had on reading glasses on his nose which he never had in real life and he and Mother in law were in rocking chairs and Mom in law was knitting (which she never did either)  and it was like this huge quilt made out of squares but she was kitting it.   Dad in law was reading a story and everyone was laughing and having a good time.    I sat across the street on the curb.  I was in the same era of clothes as sis in laws.   My hair was dark and short.  And I was bent over playing with a stick on the ground but it was a butterfly net....and I was really scared because I was afraid a moth would go into it?   I would peek over at the porch and was sad that I was not with them.  All of sudden they noticed me and so they ran across the street to me....they told me to come listen to the stories their dad had been reading and when I looked over there was a huge pile of Encyclopedias.  I thought that was really nice.  (?)  They then were standing on the sidewalk with a small airplane that little kids could sit in and drive like a little car (like the one my husband had in the 40's which I have seen pictures of) it was black and white. They put me in it and then put on a baseball cap and the old goggles and pulled me back across the street but in the middle of the street was a huge Ceder tree and we stopped and pulled off the bark and it was like gram crackers and we were eating it and laughing because cars were honking at us and some old guy reached out the window with a fist and said you kids need to get out of the street.   And my sis in law Linda gave him and gram cracker and he said it was ok we were there and he backed up and left.   They finished pulling me across the street but the airplane was now a red wagon and we were all ridding in it down the hill (?) back to their house....They took me up the steps and my Dad in law motioned for me to sit on his lap and he just started reading.  I looked around and realized I was really happy.

Whos Got the Button?

I stepped on the gas. My friends and I had driven to a nearby city. We hadn’t expected it to be so deserted. There wasn’t a soul in sight as we drove down main street. I parked the car at the motel and we got out. The ground was dry and bare. I almost expected a tumbleweed to roll by. It was an especially dark evening. There were no clouds and stars were hard to see. This quiet, barren city put me on edge. It was like the setting of a horror movie. It was late but not that late. We walked into the motel and there was a lady just sitting at the desk, staring. We politely addressed her and she greeted us and assigned us a room. We entered our room and it was just as we had pictured it would be. Simple, plain and slightly dusty. After incepting the room, we decided to go to the giant, oddly placed building across the street. We entered the building and it was huge! There were tons of restaurants and stores! It was very clean and the floors and walls seemed to sparkle. My friends wandered off as I headed to the elevator. I went inside and noticed that the doors were mostly transparent. I pressed the level 1 button. I stared at the ‘B’ button. I was curious so I pressed it also. The elevator stared to descend slowly. The elevator stopped at the first floor before continuing on to the basement. The first floor had tables full of food which was enticing but I was still curious about the basement. The doors closed finally. The elevator arrived at the basement, which was almost completely dark except for a few security lights. It was quite eerie. I steeped out of the elevator to quickly look around. There were four giant generators humming away. Satisfied with was exploration, I went to get back in the elevator when I felt something grab my ankle. I froze. I looked down and saw a zombie! I snapped out of my stupor and kick the zombie in the face. I ran into the elevator as more of them emerged from the shadows and pressed the level 1 button repeatedly. It was taking forever for the doors to close. Something shiny caught my eye in the corner of the elevator...it was a gun! I grabbed it and started to shoot the zombies. Finally the doors closed. I took a deep breath. It was over. I pressed the level 1 button again since it had stopped glowing. Nothing happened. I pressed it again and pressed level 2 as well. Finally the elevator started to move. All of the elevator buttons lit up at once and the elevator started to pick up speed. I panicked and pressed the level one button over and over until the elevator stopped and the doors opened. It was the first floor.

First Kiss Boy

I was the same age I am now, still in Collage. I'm not sure where we were, but somewhere I ran into the boy who was my first kiss... and also my first boyfriend. We were probably in a city somewhere. There were lot's of people around. For some reason I found that he was a completely different person. From what I remember when we were 15, he was a  highly conceited D-bag who was only after one thing. But for some reason when I ran into him, he was kind, considerate and seemed genuinely interested in me. He didn't break eye contact either. His eyes were super big and blue. I keep getting flashback to 9th grade and thought 'this can't be the same person...'

One Train Stop

I am on a train. It is similar to the Hogwarts Express or Polar Express if you wish. Either way it is old and rustic looking. Not many are on the train, just a few familiar faces, some old some new. I look out the window and see these beautiful mountains, all green and topped with snow. The train rounds a bend and all of a sudden the mountains are still peaked but made out of purple crystal. It is almost as if they are made from thunder eggs, ya know once you cut them in half. I am shocked and perplexed at why the mountains look like this but I do not bother to ask anyone why. Then without a blink of an eye the mountains turn in colorful Russian mosques. The train stops and I exit with my peers. A rather plump man approaches me and says " did you pay for this field trip?" I reply with " No sir I did not know this was a field trip and I have no money. He shouts at me telling me I am not allowed back on the train and then i turn and look down the street of the village we have stopped. Everyone is running. A fire breathing dragon rounds the corner and blows hot orange flames down the alley.

I wake up.

The Man on the Motorcycle

First, I hit my head on the dashboard, then the window.  I open my eyes to see the windshield is cracked in about twenty different places. I close my eyes for what seems like a second and my brother is at my side helping me out onto the pavement.  Once I step out of the car, my eyes fall upon the break fluid that cover the asphalt.  Thinking it's blood, I start to cry.  I walk slowly to the front of the car.
I look up to see a shiny blue motorcycle laying on its side.  I am confused; there seems to be no one belonging to the totaled  machine that lay before me.  My attention is then drawn to the panicked crowd of people standing a few feet from me on the hillside.  They look as though they are huddled around something. I hear a lady yelling for someone to call an ambulance, and I notice she was trying to give CPR.  When I approached the small group of people, my heart begins to pound.  I step closer to the man laying lifeless on the ground and horror strikes my heart.  I quickly turn and collapsed into the arms of a friend standing close by. The image of the lifeless face is now etched into my soul...

Acid Mouse Trap

It's late at night but everything in the house is glowing with an acid trip color flow. As I'm crawling into bed I hear tiny chatter from the other bedroom, which strikes me as odd, since I am the only one home. As I approach the door of the bedroom I see through the cracked opening a family of mice discussing mice-like matters. There is a papa mouse, mama, baby, and grandmother. The papa and grandmother seem to be having a heated conversation so they don't notice my presence. I creep into the kitchen to find a container to capture the family in but as I reach into the cupboard under the sink a giant white centipede strikes like a cobra at my hand leaving fang shaped wounds. Despite my pain and surprise I quickly grab the container and shut the cupboard. I then ambush the mouse family and catch with ease the father, mother, and baby but have a difficultly with grandma mouse. She gets extremely sassy and tries to scratch me so I have to slap her around a bit but after a few minutes of struggle, get her into the container. After releasing the angry family of mice outside and apologizing thoroughly, I return to the spare bedroom where I try to calm down by dancing around to music in the many costumes my house is well supplied with.

A Slightly Smaller Than Big Day

It is my wedding day. I'm in the bathroom not so ready for my big day. When I say not ready I mean several things. I'm nervous, unsure, and no where close to being beautified for my big day. As I crawl in the bathtub to relax a bit and shave the forest that occupies my legs my mom knocks on the door and frantically asks what I'm doing. She puts me in a state of panic when she  proceeds to tell me that the ceremony is about to begin. Next thing I know I'm walking down the isle, barely pulled together, towards my future husband. All of a sudden he yells "wait, wait, wait!" As he runs towards me. Grabbing my hands he says to me in a loving whisper. "Go do what you need to do. Go take your time, shave your legs. Everyone can wait for you to be ready. Today is your day and I want it to be perfect!"

Face Slash

I'm at a volleyball camp. It's the middle of summer and we are playing on a court in the grass. It is a huge court and everyone is just warming up and serving before we begin to practice. I notice that there is a guy on the other side of the net who will not stop staring at me. It really irritated me so I began practicing my aiming skills while serving, I hit him a couple times but then everyone was gone. All of the sudden I was the only one outside besides the people in the pool across the field. I began to feel excruciating pain in my face, like someone was ripping it apart. Then I noticed it was because it was being ripped apart, more like slashed by an invisible knife. I called out for help and my mother appeared. She called out to the nearest person there to call an ambulance and when they arrived they put a rune on my stomach that always had to be visible. I wore a cut off shirt with a rune on my stomach for the rest of the time I played volleyball that week.

Killer Whale

I'm in a raft with two of my friends on the ocean one day, not too far from the beach. We saw a killer whale swimming toward us. They don't usually swim that close to shore but this one came right at us and cornered us in the middle of the ocean. We had no where to go and there was no way we were going to be able to out swim a killer whale. So my friend decided to try a spell and when she had said the words a huge wave came in between the whale and our raft and pushed him away long enough for us to get to shore. Once we were there we noticed that we couldn't get back in the water, the whale was pacing back and forth just outside the breaking waves. We knew we had to get away but we didn't know how. There was a man we saw on the beach that we knew worked there and we asked him where we should go to leave the beach. He showed us to a door and we opened it. It lead straight to the ocean. "He's in on it" I screamed and we all ran. We headed for the girls bathroom, intending to climb out through the window. But when we did, they also lead to the ocean.

Miss Lioness

I'm on my way to work when I hear people screaming at a gas station. I rush over there and everyone is hiding away in their cars looking terrified. They were all looking in one direction, at me. I turned around to see a lioness coming straight for me. By this time I was already out of my car and yards away from it. I ran to get back to my car but she was faster. She ran toward me and I ran to the other side of a car putting it in between us. Once she reached the car she had changed form, she was now a dark haired, tall, thin woman. I ran once again to my car and this time succeeded in making it into the back seat, my friend had somehow made in to the backseat of my car as well and there we waited out the lioness while listening to the radio to see when the police would arrive.

Beam Skills

So i'm back in high school again but in my old gymnastics gym that i used to go to as a child. We were at a meet, the boys and girls teams. I was up next on beam so I was warming up before my turn. One of the boys from the team came up to me and told me that he was very disappointed in my beam skills. Beam is my weakest event anyway so naturally this really shattered my confidence. I was very nervous now for my turn and before I even started my routine there was a crowd building around me. I started the routine after motioning to the judges and as I looked down all the people were staring at me and I almost fell. It was time for the dismount and I was shaking uncontrollably. I had struggled to get this right for a long time and it was now time to prove my accomplishments. As I reached for the beam and kicked my legs into a handstand I fell. I had not kicked hard enough and therefore landed on the wrong side of the beam. I tried over and over but I could not make it. All the people laughed as they trickled away in the groups they had come with.

The Jungle

I've always enjoyed a casual stroll in the forest. I walked along the worn path alone, admiring the shrubs and greenery. It was always calm and quiet. As I walked along I noticed something odd. The ground to the right seemed very soft and unstable. I creeped closer to get a better look. There was a small crack in the dirt. I shrugged and went to turn the other way. My foot slipped on the slippery mud but I was able to catch myself. I breathed a sigh of relief. Suddenly the crack got bigger and the ground began to break! I tried to run but my feet were stuck. Soon I was falling. It was the most horrible feeling. I had no idea when I would hit the ground. I felt something hit my face. I looked and saw tree branches flying by. I could grab on to them! I reached out to grab them but they were just out of my reach. The ground was getting closer and closer. I started to panic. I tried to move myself closer to the tree. Unfortunately, it was too close. I hit my head on a large branch. When I woke up, I was laying on the ground. It was soft and lush. The forest down here was much more dense and green. Vines hung from the trees, moss was every where, but there were no animals. That was odd. I looked on my arms and felt my head. I had no bruises or cuts. Weird. I got up slowly. I had to find my way out of here. I walked a bit, exploring my surroundings. I had the weirdest feeling though. Like I was being watched. After walking a ways, I turned around and saw a man. He was older, wore a pointed dark blue hat and a robe of the same color. He carried a staff. It was Merlin! I was so excited! I had read all kinds of stories about Merlin, the legendary magician. He greeted me kindly. I asked him where I was and he responded that we were in the forbidden forest. He was the keeper of the forest. He had also seen me fall and had healed my injuries. I expressed my gratitude to him. He told me that he had to warn me of the danger I was in. Wolves roamed the forest. Wolves bewitched by evil. They were coming to kill me since I had invaded their territory. Merlin said he could hold them off but only for so long. We heard howling in the distance. He told me to run. I was to find a giant vine and climb up the cliff next to it. I thanked him again and vowed to keep his stories alive. He bid me farewell and I ran off. I could hear the howling get louder. I pushed on. I had to find that giant vine! I ran and ran until my legs were sore. I spotted the vine...finally! I stopped to rest for but a moment. I heard a growl. I looked up and saw some wolves a few feet in front of me. I was going to have to run for it. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I ran as fast as I could to the wall of dirt. It seemed stable. Using the vine for support I climbed up out of the reach of the wolves as fast as I could. One caught hold of my pants but I ripped it form it's mouth before it could drag me down. I finally reached the top of the cliff and climbed up. I looked around and saw a beach not far up ahead. I carefully and slowly walked to the beach. It was beautiful! The sand was golden and the water was a light turquoise. The sun was shining warm and bright. Exhausted, I laid down, curled up and fell asleep.

Boldly Go

The sky was dark and cloudless. The ground was rocky had a dim yellow-ish hue. I had no idea where I was or how I had gotten there. I slowly and cautiously wandered around the area. I eventually came upon a giant body of liquid. I leaned in closer to look at it. The liquid was dark purple, thick and bubbling. I didn't dare touch it. I suddenly heard a gurgling noise. The liquid started to rise! I stepped back and looked around for something that I could float on. I noticed a fairly big piece of wood floating nearby. I carefully maneuvered onto the wood and held on. I was swept further away form where I had been standing. As I contemplated what to do next, a rowboat came into view. As the boat came closer, I noticed that the creatures inhabiting it weren't human. I didn't even know how to describe them. They were green. How typical. They motioned for me to come aboard. I had two choices...fall into the thick purple goo or join the aliens. I picked the latter. I quickly climbed into the rowboat as the piece of wood floated away. The one alien handed me a shiny silver device. I paused and shot it a puzzled look. It held the device and pointed to the red button on the top. I nodded and hit the button. The device made a noise as it powered up. The alien suddenly turned and shot into the darkness. A red light whizzed past my head. Something was shooting at us. I really had no choice but to help take down whatever was causing the intrusion. I aimed and fired. I was shooting a laser gun! I didn't have the best aim but the enemy was glowing slightly in the darkness which helped. Suddenly the laser fire increased! We barely ducked and dodged the incoming fire. How did more of them get here so fast? I signaled the aliens that we would all fire at the same time. I rolled to the right and fired. We blasted them with all the fire power we had. After a few minutes, to my surprise, the enemies started retreating. Soon we were alone again. I looked down at the gun and then the aliens. I grinned. Today had just become the coolest day ever.

Series of Unfortunate Events

I was starting a new semester at college and was moving into my house. But this was no ordinary house, when i got inside it was a dark creepy, musty maze house with room after room connected by long hallways. Something was just not quite right. I met my roommates and we picked out bedrooms, during the middle of the night we all woke up an knew automatically that the house was haunted and that we need to get out asap. So we all piled into this Van. It was all of a sudden midday somehow and we pulled out of the driveway and we were driving out the middle of know where with only 2 farm houses on the street. I looked out of the widow and saw a rocket headed straight for the van, i yelled at everyone to jump out, i opened the door tucked and rolled. I stopped rolling and was sitting in a up right position just in time to see the Van still full of my roommates impact with the missile. I ran over the the rubble and all i could find of my roommates was bloody thumbs. I turned to the left and saw the one house on the street and a little girl and her mom sitting on the front porch. I yelled from help but they did nothing, so i ran to the end of the street and turned left and was suddenly in the middle of the town with a bunch of my friends. We all knew that the world was coming to the end and that we needed to get to this certain house other wise we couldn't survived. We ran for a few blocks and finally found the house got inside and just started talking with everyone there.

Gangster Love

For some curious reason or another, I am dating a gangster. He is more of a baller than a shoot people kind of guy. But he is weirdly protective and sends armed guards with me everywhere I go. After being with him for only a a few weeks I decide that I can not stand it anymore. I try to get away from him and end up running away. I end up at a water park hiding on one of the rides.

Stranger

I am running to find something I am desperately missing. When frantically running thorough town there are no people around. Everything is empty. Shops are open but no one is inside and though music is playing in the streets there is no one to hear it except me. Newspapers get blown about at my feet and the stop lights turn with no one to accept them. At the end of the street I see someone just standing there. I yell a greeting but get no response. I wave once, still nothing. I walk closer and get the urge to run. They are still blocks  away. I see them lean backwards with no attempt to break their fall. I walk up next to the body laying in the street and recognize who they are in confusion. Its me.

Giant on the Run

I'm 5 or 6 years old, eating dinner at a fancy restaurant with my parents and many of their adult friends. Also my Aunt Kristin is there. My mom says that she forgot her keys at home and asks me, the child, to run home and get them. So I do. On my way home, I see in the distance a giant. He has a treasure box and is lifting the roofs off of houses and picking up the children inside the houses and putting them in the treasure box. I'm really scared and so I start running as fast I can to my house, but all of a sudden, the sidewalk becomes icy and slippery and I am sliding all over the place. I'm panicking because the giant is getting closer and closer and I suddenly remember that my two younger siblings are inside our house. I must save them from the giant! Eventually, I make it inside to find my brother and sister trapped in cages in our living room.
